Outreach Ministries

We are a church that believes The Great Commission was given to all believers.  We realize we have a responsibility as an individual member, and collectively as a church body, to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.  As individuals, we participate in outreach activities and witnessing for Jesus to our neighbors.  At Piney Grove, we believe we are able to fulfill this command by working with various international missions, whether supporting missions locally or abroad.

 

We offer the following Outreach Ministries at Piney Grove:

BLESSING BOX​

This is provided as a "service" ministry to our local community. If you know of anyone that is in a temporary bind, and is in need of some food items, please let them know that the "Blessing Box" is located in our Church's parking lot.

Clothes Donation

The Homeless Outreach Ministry

Supplies bags of necessities to those in need during the Winter months.

Food Festival

The Mullet Festival Evangelistic Ministry

​

Comprised of teams of volunteers to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ throughout the community during the annual Swansboro Mullet Festival as  well as other community public events.

Toy Train

The Christmas Toy Distribution Ministry

​

Gathers toys and Christmas gifts for children in our community in need during the Christmas season.
